AirTran Flight Changes/Error Message

Anyone else receive AirTran flight change notices in the past two days and unable to accept them? We received notices yesterday for two sets of flights but when going to the link and clicking the button to accept the change we receive the following message.

We're sorry, an error has occurred. Please contact us at 1-800-AIR-TRAN (1-800-247-8726) for further assistance.

Yes, I got that yesterday. I called the number and finally talked to a person and she confirmed that we would accept the change and not that I received the error message. She also sent me a email to confirm the change.
