i called and they gave me a credit,,i'm mad because the rate i got was supposed to be a big deal and cancelled at midnight so i bought and now it's $60 cheaper......

Their web site claims they will be glad to give you the lower fare, but they would charge you a $50 change fee to do so......

when we went to fl in dec we flew jetblue
we paid 590 for all 4 of us
they fair went down twic
they NEVER charged me anything just gave us a credit each time
we now have a 223 credit for this years trip
