Airtran Baggage Fees

Does airtran count bags per reservation or bags per person? 1 bag costs $15 to check, but 2nd costs $25 (+$15 for first bag). Will each of us pay $15 to check our 1 bag a piece or will one of us pay $15 and the other $25? We normally fly with southwest (with free bags), but Airtran seems to have the best deals for our travel time, so we're trying to find out our true total to fly with them.

The allowance is per passenger. Otherwise famlies would just make a seperate reservation for each family member. The only exception, lap babies don't get a baggage allowance.

This question was just asked. I thought the airline websites were pretty clear on this, I guess not.
