Airtran and policies about price drops...

Booked with Airtran and now the price dropped by $15. Anyone know their policy about refunding this difference?

Airtran does not officially offer the lower price in the form of a voucher or credit unfortunately. This has happened to us on numerous occasions with Airtran and is my only complaint with their policy. They are a wonderful airline but are unwilling to budge on this. We've tried with no luck. Now I just try to be patient and wait for their very best sale. (Waiting is sooo hard for me. )

I asked the last time I booked a flight and they do not give you credit although they didn't charge me any penalty for cancelling and rebooking a later flight. Other then that I love Airtran. You know if you booked online you can reserve your seats the day before your flight? I thought that was great!
