I got 2 of them today as well and both are blank. I think AirTran may be having some tech issues.

I agree - they seemed to come sporadically. Most arrived right away but some never arrived at all. My family is going on a reunion cruise in November so we needed lots of codes!!Because I needed 10, I dickered with this quite a while. I probably had to send it to 15-16 different email accounts (friends, family, extra IDs). I was scrambling. I needed to do that many to get 10 because 2-3 never arrived and 2-3 came blank. I think once you've used that email account and it didn't come, you have to try another one. I heard an earlier poster mention that it took 4 hours for one to come, but for the 10 that I did receive, they all came instantly. Good luck.
Yes call and tell them you aren't happy with the new times and would like to cancel...but check the price first and make sure it isn't more!Ok, just checked my itinerary and airtran changed the time of my return flight. Looks like they actually added a flight and I would prefer to fly the earlier one. I booked through kayak, can I cancel and rebook without fees? I thought I read somewhere that if they change the time, you can cancel without penalty?
When I called the rep said I could bring my voucher and use it to pay for the luggage fee...
