Can you use the $25 coupon towards luggage fees. My DD16 insists that she cannot pack 5 days worth of clothes in a carry on.

No, you cannot. I tried and AirTran at the counter tried, but the system wouldn't accept it.

If you get 25 dollars off your airfare with the coupon then you would have saved 25 dollars.You can then use that 25 dollars to pay the luggage fee. If you look at it that way you are getting to use the coupon for luggage.

If you have already purchased your tickets tell DD16 she can pack anything she wants but she is paying the fee. My DD15 seems to always have money, she saves some of her lunch money I think.
