Airport Transportation from Sanford to MCO?

I realize this is a strange request...
3 of my grown children have opted to fly on Direct Air into Sanford Airport the day before our Disney Cruise because of the cheaper fares.
The rest of us are flying into MCO & all of us will be staying at the MCO Hyatt overnight & taking DCL to the port.
My question is - has anyone else done the same?
Can anyone recommend a car/transport service between Sanford and MCO?
Don't want to rent a car, if not absolutely necessary. Would prefer a transportation service (town car, limo, bus, van, etc...) if t all possible.

However, I'm going to say something you probably don't want to hear. Your cheapest option is probably a one-way rental car which would entail a very easy drive via SR 417 and then SR 528 westbound to MCO. Drop off would be at the airport main terminal. The children would then walk to the Hyatt. Very easy!

Taxi, car service, or limo are pretty much your only options.

A taxi will be around $80, plus tip. I wouldn't expect to find a car service for less than that. A rental may be a cheaper option.
