airport to hotel transportation

Is there a set rate that taxi cabs charge from Long Beach Airport to hotels near Disneyland? I want to say I saw a sign in one of their cabs in the past that had a flat rate... I think it was $45? And I was wondering if cab fare is the same no matter how many people you have in the cab? (Like for 1 person or 4 people would the rate be the same?) It seems this could be cheaper than a shuttle, if that's the case.

Also, regarding shuttles, if I decide to go that route, what company would you recommend? And I thought there was a coupon around here for a discount on shuttle fare... Could someone link it?

What is your opinion on taxi cab vs. shuttle?

As for cab vs shuttle, it depends on cost, time of day, number of people, and whether a longer commute with the shuttle is worth it.
