Can anyone tell me what time the Disney shuttle, from the Orlando Airport, starts running on Saturday mornings? Also, what is the earliest we can board the ship?

I haven't done the shuttle from MCO to the Port so I can't answer that question, but the earliest we have been able to board the ship was at 11:45am. My DW and I were the third family to board this past January.

The first bus usually leaves the airport at around 10:00am, and the buses run pretty much continually after that, leaving as they fill up (or if there's a lull between arriving passengers). The port terminal opens at around 10:30. Boarding usually begins at around noon, often earlier. The latest I've seen boarding begin was at around 1:30pm, but like V-Man, I've gone on at 11:45, too.

We were told by DCL reps that the buses don't start running until 10:30. However, we booked through DVC and when we called to book our transfers they told us that the buses really start running some time between 9 and 9:30. We didn't try to leave that early (we had flown in the night before), but when we were on the way back to the airport after our 3/19 cruise we saw DCL buses headed back to port that I can only assume were coming from the airport, and based on where they were they would have had to leave the airport around 9:15.
