Airport shuttle question

Hello All,

Quick question. I am planning a family vacation for 8/23-9/01. I have reserved 3 rooms at VWL for a party of 10. Are my quest eligable for the freee Disney Shuttle from the airport? How soon should we notify disney? Should I be the one who calls since I'm using my points? Will they send everyone luggage tags? Disney has every ones name and we have 3 seperate confirmation #'s.

You don't have to be the person that calls MS to arrange for Magical Express, but I would recommend that you make the call. You will be more familiar with Member Services than your guests, and probably have all the room confirmation number handy. The tags have been hit and miss, but as long as you have made prior arrangements you should have no problems, though if you don't get the tags you may have to grab your own bags from the airport carousel and them present them to the Magical Express desk at the airport.

You can also schedule ME online at the DVC website. That is what I do for our guests and it works out great and I don't have to sit on the phone.

As soon as you can. Yes you should call.
