Hi all!

Hopefully someone here will be able to help... I very rarely get to go on holiday and when I do it's normally to DLP and I drive, so airports are a foreign place to me. ..

Mum and Dad are goibg to DLP on Monday, flying from Birmingham (I'm playing chauffeur and pet/house sitter) Their flight is 9.20 and they're planning on checking in at 7.20, so an early start to get there and leaving home with no Breakfast. My original plan was to stop on my way home and get something as I know mum and dad will grab something at the airport. But on second thoughts I thought it would be nice to get some food with them before they fly out. Is this possible though once they've checked in? Or will they be ushered through somewhere the general public can't go?
Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance :)

No they'll be able to have breakfast with you once they've checked in, no problems. The check-in desks are all on the ground floor, the security gates are all upstairs, where most of the restaurants are. So they could check in, then go for breakfast with you, then say goodbye and go through the security gates (their boarding cards will show them what time they need to be at their departure gate, and they should leave 20 minutes at least to get through security and then walk to their gate).

Thank you! Funnily enough I found and printed that voucher. Currently on our way to the airport and I'm starving!
