Airport Lounges?

Can you prebook an airport lounge at MCO or is the option only available with specific airlines/classes?

Also, anyone ever booked an airport lounge with Thomas Cook travel miles? I have some that expire in a month or two and can't think what to do with them.

I've never been to any of the lounges at MCO, but from what I've gleaned they're nothing special and I'm pretty sure they're not independently bookable. We always avail ourselves of the lobby of the Hyatt which is a haven of peace and tranquillity, with plenty of sofas and a huge plasma TV. McCoys bar and grill tucked away in the corner does some pretty decent food, or you can have it delivered to the lobby lounge if you prefer. The restrooms are always quiet, too, and we use them to get changed before the flight.

It's located at the far end of the airport, up the escalator directly above the security checkpoint.
