I was hoping I might be able to store our car seat in a locker at the Orlando airport. We'll be taking ME and won't need the car seat, except for in the plane.

Does anyone have any information on the size/cost for lockers at the airport?

Thanks so much! Amy

I think some airports have them. I know I saw them in an airport I was in recently. Don't remember which one because I have been in so many lately.

I'm confused why you just wouldn't bring it with you and store it in your room at Disney?

I agree that MCO doesn't have any usable lockers; however, even if they did, it's likely that the lockers would be emptied every night.

I understand why someone would want to store it in a locker. It would mean not having to lug it all the way through the airport, to the driver, then to the lobby, then walking around it during the entire trip.

Atlanta has them. They are only good for 24 hours (items are removed after 24 hours) and are inside the security area. They are also too small for a car seat.

Don't most rooms have a shelf over the cloths rack or the TV amour? Put it on top of the TV and forget about it. Or in a value back in that corner by the back bed and the wall.

Thanks for all the replies! I guess we will cart it around with us. It should fit in the closet, so it's not a big deal to store it at the resort. But even with ME and not having to deal with our luggage, we have a toddler, stroller, carry-ons, and the car seat to get to the bus!!

Although I've never used one personally, I have seen mentioned on these boards that they make a carrier for a carseat that can be used like a backpack. Putting the carseat on your back would free up your hands for the other items (and little people ;)) .

Awilliams, I am a mother of 3 children 2 are toddlers. I have traveled by plane without the husband, with them. Here is what you will do. To make everything smooth. After you get your carryons, lil princess, and carseat. You will put lil baby princess in stroller. Get one of those carts for rent. Put carry on's, baby bags, car seat, etc on the rental cart. Roll baby in stroller, while your love rolls the cart. Once to your destination, return cart, the bus driver will load your carry on's, car seat, etc. and everything will be just fine. Have a magical vacation!!
:goodvibes
