Airport Hotel to Dolphin & Back

Well, with the great Southwest fares, I couldn't resist, and DH and I are now going to WDW 9/23 - 9/28. We are flying in late and flying out early, so I'm planning on booking something cheap near the airport for the first & last night. The other 3 nights we are staying at the Dolphin. What are my options for transportation to & from the Dolphin if we don't rent a car? Should we take a shuttle from the hotel to the airport & then take Mears shuttle to the Dolphin, and vice versa wghen we leave? Would a towncar service pick us up & drop us off at the airport hotel instead of at the airport itself? Any input would be appreciated!

Last year we had a late flight into Orlando. So we decided to stay near the airport. We stayed at the Hawthorne Suites. We got a good night's sleep. We had a leisurely breakfast the next morning. Yourride picked us up around 11:00 am and took us to the Swan. A week later we took Yourride from the Swan to the airport. I think it was about $80 roundtrip (with a coupon). I believe any of the town car servies would provide the same service for a simlar price. You could take the hotel shuttle back to the airport and take Mears. I would not go that route. Mears stops at multiple hotels and it can take a while to get to where you are going. We appreciated the nice comfortable town car ride that took us directly to our hotel. It was worth the extra money.

Two years ago we stayed at the Hampton Inn near the airport since we arrived late at night. We took the hotel shuttle from the airport when we got in( the courtesy phones are on the same level as the baggage claim area) Tiffany town car picked us up a the hotel the next morning with no problems.
