Airmiles Tickets and Free Dining

I am staying at a Value Resort. If I purchase park tickets through Airmiles and the Free Dining offer comes out will I still be able to get it? Or must you purchase your tickets through Disney as part of a package?

You have to do a pkg through disney to get the free dining.

You can save your airmile tickets for another trip if free dining is available for your dates and you wish to partake.

If you are going at a time that they typically offer FD, wait to order tickets from AM. Unless there are some that expire end of this year. You can use them another time.
