Airmiles for WDW tickets

I was hoping to obtain a WDW ticket but don't have enough airmiles. Am I able to combine airmiles with cash to obtain a ticket?

The only way to use cash to purchase a ticket would be to purchase some airmiles (at 20 (on sale till Oct 31) or 30 cents per mile). They have to be purchased in blocks of 100 I believe. That adds up fast. Like Donald said quicker and easier to join the hunt for Airmiles. You'd be surprised how quickly they can add up with a little bit of effort.
