I am now able to get my WDW ticket. I am using all dream miles but it is charging $40 extra in taxes. Is that what we have always done?

I think that's new-ish. I saw that when I added to cart to get a quote, that it would charge miles and a cash cost, not sure when they started that

It will reduce the airmiles required though. I ordered in July and paid taxes so at least that long ago.

Yes, I paid taxes on my redemptions for WDW and UO tickets this summer.

My first in store purchase on Friday for 20 air miles posted, but my second purchase an online $30 egift card Saturday did not post on the 20 times weekend.

I looked into getting an e gift card from pizza pizza that same weekend but the gift cards come through a third party and I wasn’t sure they would count. Ended up ordering and having a pizza delivered to my son in the city as there was none near me to order from. Still have not gotten any 20x multiplier

Yea I just checked and they have posted on both accounts and now my Mom's account is officially Onyx for next year. Glad that is over with and I can go back to splitting the deals between both cards. I did the BTS under her account so she could hurry up and get to Onyx as I was already there.

So it did! I was surprised that I had done it. It's been a crazy few months around here, and looks to continue to be crazy until the end of January at least.

DH is also finally ONYX. Just waiting for them to update the system then I'm transfering more miles to Cash.

Cocoa gave me a scare today and we headed to the vets to have her checked out.
Something gave her a scratch ,,a squirrel, a raccoon ,a rabbit or maybe another cat just not sure what.
She wouldn't even let me touch her and just cried every time I tried.
Our regular vet is out of the country till Nov 5th so we went to a new vet. The vet was lovely and very calming.
They shaved a bit of cocoa's fur down and we could see the the wound. The vet asked if she was up to date on all her shot and I gave her cocoa's file.
Come to find out she never got a feline leukemia shot. I was very upset about that ,,our vet knows she is an outdoor cat. So they tested her blood and said she is all clear and then gave her a shot ,,,she goes back in 4 weeks for a booster.
I think I am switching vets.
The clinic experience was so much better than I've ever experienced. The fees were very competitive too.
She came home and hid under my sons bed for 3 hours till i finally enticed her out with a temptations lick able. We just applied some antibiotic cream and she seems fine now,, other than a bit traumatized.
I on the other hand need a stiff cup of coffee.

Amazing how they take such a big space in your heart in no time at all.

Glad you found a vet you have more confindence with and that Cocoa is on the mend. I find I worry more when one of the pets is sick as opposed to my kids because the pets can't tell you what is wrong. It's all on you to figure it out and get them help.

You're a great pet mom.

Your Cocoa is looks identical to our Bruno...I miss all three of our furbabies so much. Nothing like being greeted at the door every time you come home. Or when it's time for bed and they are the first to jump under the blanket with you to snuggle *sigh*
