OK, I'm a little confused about the Onyx 20X offer that I seem to have gotten. I'm assuming this is the one that was supposed to give 500 AM if you maxed out? Both my wife and I bought $30 at Landmark Cinemas (GC), but she only got 19 AM from the offer. Just spending the $30 should have got at least 30AM - yes? Did anyone else get what they were supposed to get, including the 500 AM? As usual, I didn't get anything.

and you know what they have done..... they have stopped carrying my dog food in the 12lb bag. Now it's either 5 or 30lbs. I don't know for sure but I don't think the food stays fresh long enough for my dog to get through 30lbs.

YES! That's exactly what I did and how many miles I had posted. I did an online chat and got the remaining miles added to my account. I also had the 30 miles credited for buying the actual gift card as well. It didn't seem to work for most people, frustrating to say the least. It did take a Looooong time to get connected to the chat but it was quick once we connected, I had all of the info ready to and it was maybe less than 5 minutes

Same for me. Our dogs food is about $117 regular price so 25% off is a good deal. Plus I found a stuffy our one dog will love to get for Christmas:

Every time Airmiles does this they post some kind of special or deal and then no one (customer care) is around for 2-4 days to answer questions about the promo/special.

I didn't get anything either.
Mine was buying e gift cards for Pizza Pizza
2 X 25$ ones.
My son did the same and he did not get anything either.

I shall try CHAT tomorrow.

once miles from a promo and you don't get the full amount you're expecting, then yes, reach out even if it's not the past the stated timeline. They won't be going back and adding more - you will have to use the online chat or call though. There's no way to fill out the missing miles form until at least 60 days.
Be sure to have all the details of the promo - dates it ran, what the offer was for, what you completed with all the details- transaction total pre tax etc AND it helps if you know exactly how many you are missing.

Got an email for an AM FactorMeals promo - I might try it with the deal - you get 750AM and $85 off across 4 orders… but there’s not a very good variety of meatless meals.

Also the Lone Star offer stinks. 25AM when you spend $90!? Pizza Pizza was a better deal!!

My husband has a business trip booked for next Monday-Friday, going to San Fran and then Boise. While we are not cancelling the trip, you can bet that we will be keeping a close eye on the temperament down there in case we need to get him back to Canada quickly. Now, I think the chances of anything going sideways next week is pretty low, I know we are for sure not planning any trips there between early January and mid February next year.
