Airlline Check In at Port?

Can anyone help? Our flight is not until 7 p.m. and we were wondering about what to do with our luggage while we head over to the Kingdom for a few hours with our Annual Passes. I read in the Passporter that some of the airlines have luggage check in at the Port following the cruise and I guess I missed any discussion of this on the boards. This would be such a convenience! Has anyone done this? Is this still available? We're on the 4/l7 Magic. Thanks so much!

I do know that American has this at port.

The airlines that offer this as of our January cruise were:

American, Delta, Northwest, and U.S. Air. I called the port directly to verify these before I reserved our flight through U.S. Air. I didn't realize at the time that our return flight was being "operated" by United Airlines (even though our reservation was with U.S. Air) so we weren't able to check our luggage at the port. On our previous cruise we flew Delta and it worked out great!

just got back from 3/13 magic - continental checked in at the boat, too. It was so convenient!!!

We had an 8:00 pm flight and were able to check our bags at the DCL terminal but not get our boarding passes....all we had to do at the airport was put our credit card into one of the machines and it spit out our boarding passes...no waiting in line!!!

When you disembark and are processed through customs, about what time do you arrive at the airport assuming you are using standard transfers (disney/mears buses) as transportation. I ask because I have not purchased air fare yet and would like to minimize my time at the airport if possible. Thanks.

DCL suggests not booking a flight before 12:00 noon
