Airlines...

I am just watching airlines right now and I am always amazed by the behavior of people. Aren't people embarrassed by the way they act afterwards?? It drives me nuts when people blame "Southwest" when they miss they flight.

I agree! I'm surprised at how many people drink in the airport, too. And last week, when the woman was complaining, "They say they called my name? I know my name. They didn't say it". Come on, folks, common sense.
Oh, and what about that couple that could get on the 8:05 flight, and the Gate Agents had to go look for them? At 8:00, they were letting the moving sidewalk do all the work. I was SURE they were gonna miss that flight!

You watch that show long enough and not only do you lose all faith in people, in general, but it basically becomes repetitively depressing.

I find the show highly entertaining. It does not cause me to lose faith in people -- it simply reinforces my belief that there will always be some people destined to provide public entertainment at the airports. My only regret is that I never fly SW, so I miss seeing all these events in person! (The show does make United, Delta and American seem quite mundane in comparison!!)
