Ookey, here is a little story about making ressies on the airlines. As my wife and I want to tack a week in Key West onto our HRH Universal trip the airfare was getting pretty ridiculous. I called Delta and tried to use Skymiles but they said no Skymile slots were available for the times we were going to go. I called Delta back five minutes later and we had no problem booking tix on our Skymiles. Just goes to show you that if at first you don't succeed... BTW, We have a Garden room at HRH. Should we request any particular room or section of the hotel?

its called inventory. you can check and find nothing then recheck again in 5 min and its there. and then check 5 min again and its gone.
