Airline Upgrades

Any tips for getting one? I think it would be cool to do that on one leg of our trip in July, but I dont know any of the tricks for getting one.

upgraded to first class? be a frequent traveler member who flies a lot and makes it to the higer levels and then also make friends with an airline agent who will upgrade you on day of departure! other than that.....you might also be able to upgrade for 10,000 ftp miles if you have them. depending on your class of svc on your tkt will say how many miles you need to use! what airline are you flying?
