I enjoy the show, but haven't seen anything that will get me to
start using Southwest. The whole ABC thing and not knowing if your party will end up sitting all over the plane would drive me nuts.
All of the employees appear to really enjoy what they are doing. In some cases they go out of their way to help the passengers.
I can understand why some of the customers get so upset. The one guy last night had 3 people tell him he was confirmed on the flight when in reality he was listed as standby.
