Airline ticket refund

My sister and I are planning a trip to WDW in June or July. If I buy her ticket (SW), and for some reason she can't go, could I get a refund or SW credit in my name? Or would it have to stay in her name? There's a very small chance that she won't be able to go. Thanks ...

You can't get a refund on "wanna get away" fares but you could buy an "anytime" or "business select" fare and get a full refund.

It would be refunded to whatever you used to pay for it.

So, just to be clear:
Anytime fare: fully refundable to the person/form of payment who pays for the fare.
Business Select: fully refundable to the person/form of payment who pays for the fare.
Wanna Get Away: flight credit in the passenger's (not payer's) name.
