We will be flying jetblue for our trip to DL next month.. This is our first time traveling with a toddler.. We were wondering can we take both a carseat and Stroller as extras? or only one"?

I'd be surprised if either counted as an extra. I think both are allowed regardless of your carry-on count. You can take the stroller down the walkway to the plane's entrance and they will tag it and take it there. Then you'll have it again right when you get off the plane so you can use it all the way to and from the door of the plane. But even if your airline counts them as extra baggage, you can divide them among your travelers.

The best course of action, of course, is to contact Jet Blue directly.

You can take both of them up to the gate, but just make sure that you have a cover for your carseat. You don't know how dirty that plane is. They will just tag them and put them under the plane at no additional cost.

I haven't flown Jet Blue, but we have checked (free) car seats, then gate-checked (free) a stroller before. Some airlines bag your car seats (SW and Frontier do, American doesn't), but it isn't guaranteed.

Yup, both are free. Though you're much better off taking your seat on the plane and using it for your child. Seats can be damaged easily by baggage handlers, and you don't want unseen damage from your seat to cause it to fail in a crash later on!
