Does anyone know the details on "friends and family" discounts for airline employees like Air Canada, Westjet or Canjet?

:( My cousin got me tickets for $150 to London, England in 1998. However, when I asked him last year if he could do the same he said that they don't do it for family anymore. Oh well! He works for Air Canada.

I know an air canada employee and he still gets 'Buddy passes' that allow whatever number of people (within a limit I'm sure, but not just one) to fly with him. His immediate family still fly free, and his mother and father are entitled to really good discounts when tickets are arranged through him (an employee)...

Don't really know the specifics of any of the deals though.
