Airline Check-in for Miami Flights

Just booked cruise #7 for April, the 1st one we are doing out of Miami. I'm used to making sure the flight home on debark day is after 11:30 AM in order to qualify for for the airline check-in on the ship and for Disney to take your bags to the airport. Looking through the pre-planning area of the DCL website, it says that for Miami, your flight needs to be after 1:30 PM to qualify? Anybody have experience on this? I'm looking to book at 11:50 AM flight that morning.
