airline check in at resort

I have always flown jet blue so I never worried about luggage fees checking in at resort. This time I am flying Delta BUT I have the delta American Express that waives first bag for up to 8 other people. Will airline check in at resort be able to waive this or will I need to check in at airport?
Hoping someone out there has done this and knows the answer.

Yes, RAC acts like curbside check-in, except it is 30 miles from the airport.

We were flying with military last year and the bag fees were waived for two of the people in our party; it was taken care of right at RAC.
