Airel's Gortto Refurb

Just called to make my AR's and Ariels Grotto will be down for refurb starting May 1st! This really put a damper on my plans. I'm hoping that we will be to the park in time for our 2:40 AR's. We are going to have to see if they'll let us check in early and do a mad dash to change into our princess dresses and get over there! Wish me luck!!

Sure it's starting on the 1st? Ealier Disney published April 9th to May 30th.

Sounds right then. From other information I think it may only be the Cove Bar that is closing on the 9th.

I was told Ariels will close April 30th to May 3rd. Definitely throws a wrench in my plans.

Yeah sorry I had just done my AR's and the 1st was on my mind she just told me it started on the 30th but didn't tell me when it ended! That stinks all around because we will be there from the 29th to the 2nd. We decided to cancel our AR's for the 29th there's no way we'll make it.

I feel your pain. We have Ariels for WOC on sat, but I will likely cancel it since it will be our only chance to see (hopefully) Fantasmic! on our trip.

I called Disney dining AND a cast member friend who sings as the page at Ariel's.
Ariel's is closed for refurbishment April 30th through May 3rd.
I asked how they are accomodating World of Color packages and apparently they "guess" they just won't be available at Ariel's those days.
