Any one had one?

I'm talking about the kind that's just airbrushed on like makeup, not the self-tanner sprays, etc.

If you've had one did you like it?

I'm getting one tonight, and am excited, but nervous! It's for my sister's wedding this weekend. I figure if I hate it, I'll just exfoliate like crazy! LOL!!!

I just keep thinking of the episode of Friends where Ross got a spray on tan and didn't turn at the right time - 3 or 4 times. Hilarious :lmao:

Sorry I don't have any experiences to share, but good luck, I'm sure you will look wonderful. Just remember to turn :thumbsup2

I had the spray tan where someone applies it and loved it. Lasts about a week.

Before you do your whole body I would have a small area sprayed (one that can't be seen) and wait 24 hours to see how your skin reacts.

DH's ex-wife got it done the night before her wedding (this was a couple of years ago) and had never had it done before. She turned an orangey/tan:scared1: While I will admit she's not my favorite person, I did feel really bad for her. She did a big wedding with the dress, tuxes, etc. on a cruise ship and she looks pretty orangy in all the wedding/cruise pictures pictures.

I also like the commercial where the guy is getting his 6-pack abs sprayed on! That one makes me laugh to0.:rotfl:

Sorry to hijack the thread with nonsense... I'm sure you'll look beautiful. Let us know how it went.

I have very fair skin and have had both the spray Hollywood Tan and an airbrush tan done for weddings. The airbrush one is more professional and you won't have any missed spots on the backs of your legs or arms. The only problem is at the 6-7 day mark you end up with blotchy skin but it should look great for the weekend.

I've found that by picking the lighter shade over the darker one is best.

Definitely exfoliate and shave well beforehand.

Thanks so much everyone!!

Yeah, I've been thinking about the Friends episode with Ross too!! LOL!!!

I figure, hey, I'm not the bride just the Maid of Honor, so if I'm a little orange she can just kick me out of the pics!! ha ha!!!

I see your in New Jersey too. If your not far from Toms River, they do the Fantasy Tan spray on at Simply Sun. I have had it done about 3 times and it looks great. Lasts about a week. Make sure you only use body wash after you have it done, no soap. Heres their link, but if you find a place that does fantasy tan, it is really worth it. I'm a fair redhead and it would take me a month to get a tan!
