Air Tran Question

I've noticed the price of my flights has gone down, $50 total for two people, will Air Tran refund the difference? Has this happened to anyone??

As far as I know Air Tran will not even offer a credit (as Southwest does).

If you cancel your original flight and re-book a new flight at the lower price, Airtran will charge you $75.00 per person to change your reservation.

Therefore, rebooking it does not offset the cost of the savings. I wouldn't worry about the $25.00 difference per person....

I can tell you when I was researching fares for Airtran, since I was going with two friends, the costs changed dramatically during the week, even during the day.

I got mine at $172.00 round trip (we are traveling T-giving weekend) and by the time they booked it was up to $202.00.

I checked today and it is about $350.00 so I am happy....
