Air Tran question

I was looking into flying with Air Tran because they are the only company that has a direct flight from Rochester, NY where we will be flying. But looking at some of the reviews, it seems they have a problem with changing/canceling flights at certain airports. I was wondering if someone flying out of Rochester has had a problem with Air Tran changing/canceling. If they do, I'm sticking with good ol' Jet Blue. Thanks for any information.

I have not flied them yet but am flying w/ them the week of Thanksgiving. I was very happy w/ their prices for the holiday week. My originating flight time was changed by one hour, I called and was offered a refund or a new flight. while my original flights (roundtrip) both had one stop I was able to get non stop both ways and a great afternoon flight on the way home I paid the 5$ per tix just to be sure we would have seats, I don't want to be stuck on an overbooked flight

I have yet to get on the plane with AirTran but I haven't been happy with them so far. We fly out a week from tomorrow direct from IND to MCO. They have changed our outbound flight time once and our return flight time twice. My oldest son was going to fly down later in the day (school) but they moved it up THREE times forcing him to fly out the next morning. I'm hoping check in and the flight are good because right now I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Fly AirTran always to MCO from Chicago. We have never had a problem. I have changed resis over the years and never had a problem with refunds. Staff at MDW (Midway Airport) is always friendly. We even had a row blocked for us at no additional charge when we checked in.
