Air Tran $48.00 less $25.00 coupon

I have never flown AirTran before but I found a deal just too good to pass up for March break leaving friday March 13 and returning Monday March 23rd from Pittsburgh to Fort Myers. This will be our third time returning to the Gulf Coast to enjoy the sunshine. Yesterday it was $69.00 one way but today it was $48.00 less $25.00 coupon or $23.00 one way. I had 10 coupons using 10 separate email addresses and paid $167.50 for 5 of us each way or total of $335.00US including taxes.
I have flown out of Piitsburgh before and it's almost the same distance as flying out of Detroit. A 4hr drive is worth the savings compared to Pearson since it would cost a minimum $3500. Flight times are great since no hotel required on either departure or return.

No I didn't have any problems. I booked 5 one way tickets using 5 coupons for the way down for total of $167.50 and then a separate reservation for the return using another 5 coupons for $167.50 return.

I noticed this morning that the 2 flights I booked are now $79.00 up from $48.00 yesterday. There are also flights from Pittsburgh to Tampa as well which are nonstop flights for $69.00.

I got the coupon too. I only thought of sending the coupon to DH to get $25 X 2. It had not occured to me to get 2 each.

OP....can you book all the tickets together? I need 4. I don't mind booking 4 one ways times 2 but I don't want to book 4 individual tickets, especially the kids tickets. Does that make sense?

The coupon expires today and I just came across dates that would only cost $660 minus the coupons. Plus, the 4/3 deal is available including the $200 gift card for the same dates. We were going to go to Mexico but it would be more than double the cost of this deal.

Yes you can book 4 one way tickets on the same reservation and enter the 4 coupons for the $100.00 discount or $25.00 off each fare. Then do a separate reservation for the 4 tickets on the return using another 4 coupons.

The coupon expired on January 2. They have sent them before so keep watching for the next one.
