Air Passenger Fuel Surcharge Settlement

£40.24 for hubby came to our new address, £40.24 for me went to our old address?! How does that work?

Getting hold of the cheque wasnt a problem...but the cheque is in my maiden name?!
Will the bank allow me to pay this in?

i got a cheque for £20.12, i think i claimed for me and gary :(

Karen, If I remember rightly you had to claim for each leg also, so we had 6 lines of claims for 3 return flights. To me the figure you have looks like either for only 1 person return or 1 leg for 2 people.

But reading some of the figures on Dibb I have no idea how they worked some out, latest one on there has just posted they got £8.06 between 4 people.:confused3

Nothing in the post for me :sad1: so I'm just going to check our bank account.

ETA: I've just found the paperwork and we asked for it to be paid into our bank account. Nothing in there yet but here's hoping I will have a nice surprise either tomorrow or Wednesday.

We got £64.36 and I thought I claimed for 2 return flights (1 Florida, 1 St Lucia) for 2A and 2C. The figures are very strange but I'll take it, better than nothing :rotfl:

I'd forgotten all about this but had a cheque for just over £20 yesteday, this was for 2 of us, return flights from Manchester, flying Virgin economy.

I wonder if they figure it out by the class you were booked in to, i.e. not just economy / first class etc, but by the letter code you booked? There are different fares within each class and I think economy letters are like N and O etc, I used to be a travel agent but I can't remember all this stuff anymore!

I don't know how they worked it out? My DH got a cheque for £10 yesterday, I haven't received anything yet.

We claimed:
One way (Upper class) London to Hong Kong, then Hong Kong to Sydney.
Return (UC) to Los Angeles
Return (UC) to Jamaica

:confused3

Hi everyone. Finally plucked up the courage to join. Will have to fiddle about with my profile once I've read everything.

Received a cheque for £26.84 yesterday which was for 2 adults and 2 children for 1 return journey. Not quite enough to book another holiday but it's a start.:cutie:

Mine not arrived yet either, I was banking on that cash to pay for this years holiday :lmao:

still waiting for mine , does any one know if they are sent out alphabetically as my last name is Vernon or have I missed out :confused3

I've not received anything yet:sad2::sad2:. We had 2 return flights for 5 people but I'm not expecting much after the rest of the posts in this thread

we had £84 - going straight into our disney fund! for 2 adults and 2 children virgin economy manchester to MCO

I have no idea how they worked ours out, I had £24.24 and Hd had £34.65!! we were on the exact same flights.

I also claimed for my sister and brother-in-law who came with us and my BIL got £6.45 for his one trip and my sister got the same as me for her 2 return flights.

My surname starts with Y and we got ours yesterday, maybe it was done in the order people put in claims???
