Not sure if this has already been posted but I received two cheques this morning for £16.09 each, in settlement of the fuel surcharge saga :thumbsup2

Anyone else got theirs?

Not sure, we got 2 cheques but I'm pretty sure we submitted claims for 2 separate flights so I suspect it was the total for each flight :confused3

Our post at home doesn't arrive until lunch/early afternoon so will be this evening when I find out.

Wow, with your trip history, Wayne, yours will probably be worth thousands :rotfl:

Post arrived :cool1:
We got a cheque for £32.22 that was for 3 return adult flights total 6 flights .
Do not know how they work it out but hey ho better than nothing .:yay:

I'm sure I opted for BACS payment rather than a cheque, I wonder if I will get notification of payment through the post without having to keep checking my account?

Post just came. There is a letter for my father and the undelivered address is for the fuel supplement and by the looks of it is the refund.

Not sure how much but I think we have 2 flights and 5 of us.

I just got a cheque for £37.39, I have no idea how they worked it out, but am happy to have got something

Cheque this morning £76.48 and once again no idea how they worked it out but happy all the same.

Just a quick question I remember filling out the online form and then got a form in the post but never returned it as I thought the online was sufficient, anyone here only do the online form?

Claire ;)

I only did online. Got two cheques today - one for the BA flight of £14.88 and one for Virgin of £40.24. There were more Virgin flights but only 2 of us flying so frankly overall this is more money back than I expected.

Just given it all back to Virgin as I have just booked flights to Orlando for January!
