So I got a low inflation light on my dash. I call dh and he says that he'll fill it when he gets home. But come on can't I do this? How much different can it be from a bike?
Just take off the thingie and fill it up right?

You can do it. There should be a maximum pressure listed on the sidewall of the tire. You don't want to exceed that.

The recommended pressure will be on a sticker on the driver's side door jam. If you have a pressure gauge for your bike, use it rather than relying on the compressor gauge.

Enjoy your independence!
