Air conditioning units

random question of the day!

Dh thinks in hotel rooms they are all noisy~ I actually have hearing loss therefore so don't have this issue
I'm more concerned sharing a bathroom and a small space

Experiences of ac units...

We stay mostly deluxe so I never even hear them. Sometimes I can hear the ones that are like wall units at the value and moderate resorts but they aren't really all that loud.

Any other dibbers with air conditioning experiences willing to share please?

I have never gone to bed at WDW when I wasn't completely exhausted and instantly dead asleep so no, I've never noticed them in Deluxe, Moderate or Value.

Hmmmm . . .

When I think about it we have experienced noisy AC units at MANY hotels but I don't recall ever having noticed any noise from the AC at any of the WDW resorts we have stayed at. But I agree with the PP, we usually sleep like the dead at WDW so it's possible the AC could have coughed, sputtered, and gagged all night - we were just sleeping too soundly to notice!
