Air conditioned quick service places

Can anyone tell me which of the following quick service places have air conditioning? (hopefully all, lol) These are the likely ones I'll be eating at on my upcoming trip in April:

-Either Caseys or Columbia Harbor House (MK)
-BOG (MK)
-La Cantina San Angel (Epcot)
-Katsura (Epcot)
-Satuli Canteen (AK)
-Backlot Express (HS)

Also, do all of the Table service places have AC as well?

Speaking from experience, I know CHH, BOG, and the inside of Satuli and Backlot have AC.

-Casey's - very little inside seating
-Columbia Harbor House (MK) - yes
-BOG (MK) - yes
-La Cantina San Angel (Epcot) - for lunch yes, dinner no. During lunch you can eat inside La Hacienda since that restaurant is only open for dinner. During dinner you can only eat outside.
-Katsura (Epcot) - I think there's some inside seating? Not sure.
-Satuli Canteen (AK) - yes (indoor and outdoor seating available)
-Backlot Express (HS) - yes (indoor and outdoor seating available)

Yes there is. We often eat inside, enjoying the sweet AC before getting our obligatory kaki-gori.
