My husband and I are going to WDW mid-August this year for our honeymoon, and I know it is going to be incredibly hot and humid. We really can't go any time other than holidays and summer, since I'm a teacher. I can deal with the heat, but I know my husband will have some issues. Which rides at WDW have air conditioned queues or partially air-conditioned queues? I don't know if I'll be able to plan it this way, but during the worst heat of the day, maybe we'd try to stick to these rides... please add to my list and correct me if I'm wrong!

Magic Kingdom
Haunted Mansion (partially)
Space Mountain
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin

Hollywood Studios
Great Movie Ride
Star Tours
Rock N Roller Coaster (partially)
Tower of Terror

Epcot
Maelstrom
Soarin'
Mission Space
Test Track (partially)
Ellen's Energy Adventure

Animal Kingdom
Dinosaur
It's Tough to Be a Bug (partially)

I know I'm forgetting some, and plenty of new rides have popped up since my last visit (2006)... thanks for your help!

You are mostly correct. Even though almost all ques have some relief of heat, most of them are still outside so they aren't necessarily "enclosed" from the elements. Also some rides/attractions do have internal ques but the wait can start outside in the sun.

If you are staying on property, the best advice I can give you as someone who lives here is take a break from the parks around 2-6 everyday. Go back to the hotel and swim in pool or take a nap or even hotel hop for the scenary and fun at each resort (there is plenty to see/do at the resorts).
Plan a late lunch say 1:30 - 2 pm and linger in the cool while you eat. Go back to the parks after 6 pm as it will be a little easier on the heat.

Drink more than normal, even if you don't feel like it. Seriously, I can not stress this enough. I have found that non-FL natives are not use to drinking water and not use to drinking enough water.

If you are in the parks during these hours please rest often. Sit down with a cup of water (which is free at any quick service place) and relax. Buy some cool-danas or whatever brand you find of these things. They do work and can help keep you very cool.

Living in Florida, I've always found a powder like Gold Bond helps--one version has a cooling effect in addition to absorbing perspiration. Drinking water before you actually get thirsty also helps.

I'm wanting to say that Pirates in MK has AC (but it may just be fairly cool), Nemo in Epcot, also virtually all of the movie shows in the WS in Epcot (France, Canada, China, Japan, etc.

- Also, I personally love Columbia shirts for the summer in Florida. They have air vents, dry really crazy quickly, and have sun protection built in. I've even sometimes wet the shirt so it will cool me off and it will dry in about 15 minutes. Refreshing!

Don't forget shows like hall of presidents and mickey's philharmagic at MK! Oh and monsters inc. my husband and I are michigan folk and even when we lived in Florida it was too darn hot. DH is the type of michigan person that wears shorts if it's 50 degrees out. Definitely consider taking a break in the middle of the day and go nap, shower, etc. my husband cannot go all day in that heat without needing a shower and wardrobe change. Almost everything at Epcot is indoors and air conditioned, so that's a favorite of ours in general. He doesn't like AK much, partially because he just finds it too hot with no relief like we find in the other parks.

Carousel of progress is our go to cool down spot at MK when we've gone in July. The shows in general are good for that- tiki room, country bear jamboree, hall of presidents, philharmagic etc.

Also part of pirates of Caribbean is shaded & part if the line is inside.

There's also several places to get "misted" by water, but we also take a break for swimming early afternoon.
