Well, I could try diverting it to wine.

Having a very nice Seghesio Zinfandel tonight. A bit more than we normally spend on wine, but its a special occasion.

I don't care for coffee unless it is really sweet and with lots of cream. Wine occasionally I like a good Daiquiri though!
