AI taking work away from professionals?

I am worried that people will use it to create hypnotic scripts and set up shop as "hypnotherapists", taking trade away from me. I've tried making scripts with it - it's spookily good. Not as good as a genuine, tailor made script. But possibly good enough to con someone?

I don’t know how it is in the U.K., but here there are a lot of people who have been faking as doctors, nurses, chiropractors, and yes, therapists, since long before AI was a thing. I would never visit a new practice without looking them up online to make sure they have all the necessary credentials and that they haven’t had any complaints against them. Even if I am referred by a doctor I trust, I check out the new one. A person can’t be too careful.

If you have the credentials and get good reviews from your clients, you’ll get there. Once people know you are good at what you do, you’ll won’t have to worry about the competition, legitimate or not.

Here in the UK I am ashamed to say that certain professions are not regulated - Hypnotherapy, Counselling, Life Coaching, Nutritionalist, and so on. Anyone can declared themselves one or more of these things and bingo, they're a practicing professional. In theory, you need at LEAST a level 4 qualification to practice, but that isn't stopping some people!
