In all the recent trips DH and I have made to DW we have never seen Disney Christmas Decorations. Celebrating our Anniversary, Cruising w/Friends, and Christmas Decorations........I am feeling a little overwhelmed

I am almost glad we stil have a little over 5 months...I am going to need it!

I am not sure they make bows big enough to hide everything for me!!!

My FIL took his whole clan on the Magic for Thanksgiving a couple of years ago. They were putting up this amazing gingerbread (real!! and big enough to walk thru) as we were sailing and they we putting up a Christmas tree in the atrium as we were leaving the ship at Port Canaveral. Those were the only decorations we saw on the Magic at Thanksgiving. I don't know if they do different on the Wonder. Do we want to go Christmas themed with the FE? It shouldn't be a problem as Christmas stuf comes out in August now!!!

As far as the Christmas Decorations go here is the post I found on the boards about the schedule. There are other posts I found that confirm this is the schedule that was followed. Hopefully we will get a repeat from last year

Here are the dates I got from the other thread. I called DCL last week concerning the Wonder and this matches the dates I was given. So I'm going to assume the others are correct also.

Here are the dates for the christmas decorations for DCL for 2008
Cruise Terminal-November 7-January 14
Disney Magic-November 15-January 15
Disney Wonder-November 9-January 13
Castaway Cay-November 27-January 13

I heard about it..wow!! Glad it was bogus..
But when I heard about some people being "stuck" on that big ole ship all by themselves......wow!!!! I can't say I would have minded that too much! Especially knowing that the "package" wasn't even on the ship!

I just read about it. That is pretty scary. Although it would have rocked to have the ship all to yourself for a few extra hours. I am glad that they didn't find anything. It really burns my cookies to think that someone would want to mess with our beautiful ship or hurt anyone like that.

Yep...It cracks me up to listen to people who complain about Disney...but will shell out big bucks to spend a day at Great America. HUGE difference in what you get for your money! Someone on my facebook started a group called "I got screwed by Disney". They complained that it cost $500 or better for 3 people to spend 1 day in Disney. I sure would like to know how they managed that. Especially since these people have gone to Disney quite a few times...they should about discounts, DDP and buying multi day tix...you could easily save a bundle. But...they would rather spend the time complaining about being ripped off rather than doing to research. I'm too busy planning my itinerary to respond to them and end up in a debate.

Just leave our ship alone!!!!!!
