good thing you dont live near me....the combination of DH's diesel, and my Blazer (which has a custom,....read...loud...exhaust) would really drive you nuts!

I know how you feel. Our next door neighbor's driveway is literally 6 feet from my bedroom. The people that used to live there would start their car every morning at 7:00, let it sit for 10 minutes and then rev it a dozen times before leaving. It woke me up every single morning.

My neighbors is that close to my window too and they have those darn alarms in all their cars so when they go to get in it to go to work at 430am I am woken up by "BEEP BEEP BEEP" disarming the alarm before they get in it....makes me nuts LOL!
