Ok! I know we all go through difficult times during the wedding planning process, but this has gotten ridiculous! BAD WEEKEND!!!!
First, my hard drive crashes! Everything I had made for the wedding is gone- programs, address lists, newsletters, meal choices- irretrievable (or so the poor man who had to deal with me at BB)! I also lost all my resume and cover letters stuff! I have to laugh about this part- I really was looking for an excuse to not apply for jobs and keep working on the wedding stuff!
Second, bad phone call with planner. I have not had the best time with my planner. She was assigned to me when I had a different wedding date and she said she could handle the change in dates even though she was booked-up for this time of year. Hard to get a hold of and pin down to talk to, now it has caused problems.
Third, my wedding band a no-show! My DF & I picked out our bands at a national store over two months ago. They put a rush order in for both of ours (you keep the in-stock ring and exchange it when your size comes in). DFs came in two weeks later and we have been calling/stopping by trying to get a status update every few days for the past three weeks. Long story, but after many talks with our sales rep, managers, etc. the due date had come and gone with no answer on where the ring really was! Everyone just kept saying dont worry, we can always re-size the one you have. After a few calls on Saturday we got a call that the ring was in! An hour later, we get there and it was another one just like DFs.
No one seems to know what happened. They didnt know when or if mine would come in (no one available to ask on the weekends) and they wouldnt resize mine without a huge fee (too difficult they said)!
So, we went looking and found another one that will work. I know I should be grateful we found something that will work and a jeweler who will take the time to alter it, but this is all getting a bit ridiculous!
With two weeks to go, between the FMIL (I am so glad to hear I am not the only person with this problem), the computer stuff, the WP problems, my dress issues, and the other little problems that are adding up I am overwhelmed!!!!
I must have done something really bad to deserve this!!!!
I know it could be a lot worse, just writing this rant made me feel better!

It will work out and probably come out even better than before... that includes your resume and cover letter.... feel free to rant anytime. 
Still, I think I will wait until after the wedding to work on the resume too much.
