AHHH i sprained my ANKLE!!!

Yesterday, at flag practice i fell during a jump spin move and went over on my ankle, sprainin it. i spent all last night in the ER... I'm on crutches now, and i CANNOT use them right!!! And u know the worst part? I HAVE THE WINTER SEMI FORMAL DANCE ON SATURDAY! I'll have to wear crutches!!

OO i know how you feel! stupied flag things! you will be ok! i had to go through my whole spring trip with cruches! that was no fun at all.... so i know exactly how you feel!

that stinks! I cracked my ankle last year and went to disney world with crutches! definatley sucked!! Just stay off your feet and ice your ankle and ull be good as new!!!

Aww Laura! I twisted my knee right after I made the soccer team so me being a stupid waffle i DIDNT stay off it lol I hope you feel better
