Ahh! Why aren't they returning my calls?!?

Hi everyone. I just had to vent a little bit...

I am responsible for setting up a Grand I fireworks cruise for my mother's 60th birthday party when we go to Disney in December.

I just left a 3rd message for them (the 1st one being a week and a half ago) and no one has called back or even acknowledged my calls. I know I'm calling the right number because it specifically says "to reserve a cruise on the Grand I, please leave your name, # and date/time you wish".

The first 2 times I called, it indicated that calls would be returned Sunday through Wednesday. This most recent time, this afternoon, the same #', etc., etc. it says calls will be returned "within 72 hours Tuesday through Saturday".

I'm afraid it will already be reserved and all of our plans to surprise my mom for this one-time indulgence won't happen!

Has anyone every experienced this before?

Are you calling the 1-407-WDW-PLAY number? This is the number I used to book my Illuminations Fireworks Cruise last November, but it is my understanding that you would use that number to book all of the cruises that WDW offers.
