ahem...HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally uploaded some pics of my girls on my Disney site, HOWEVER, the pictures are enormous and I can't figure out how to make them smaller. As you can see below, I really monkeyed the whole process up THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE HELP

ohhhhh, how exciting, I figured it out myself Except for that icky black background, but I don't think I can get rid of that

Well you did get it smaller on the page but the file size is still huge. Images in your signature are limited to a total of 30K and your image of the children is 162K. I've cleaned it up some and made it to fit the signature guidelines. See what you think.

Thanks Bob!!!!! That looks WAY better than the chop-job I did--I didn't even know how big the pics were!!! Can you tell me how to get your pics onto my signature?? Thank you again, it looks wonderful!!!!!!!!
