no wonder I can't find much info. on them! Anybody been there?
loveysbydesign said:Hey, we're from PA too....hoping to fly out of LVIA. Did you book through their site, through expedia or through goorlando.com? At goorlando.com they seen to have great prices!
Any tips for finding the link to booking The Palms through that site...I searched and can't seem to find it! The cheapest I found was at goorlando.com for $50.00 for a family suite. We may go through Allegiant Air because their rates are pretty good. I booked through hotelsplusportal.com and got a super rate $39 per nite.

From what I've read online they've been taken over and refurbished by the reputable company who owns the Palms Hotel and Villas. When searching for info. about them I cameacross a few online news articles and the new owners seen trustworthy.I just read some of the reviews and all I can say is I hope that I didn't make a terrible mistake.

Thanks for the review! It's appreciated as we just booked to stay there in May! It'll be nice to have free breakfast! My best friend stayed here in Oct 2005 over Columbus day weekend and said they had a good time - the room was good for what they paid ($50ish per night) the free breakfast was Muffins, Danish, Bagels & Toast, Milk, Juice, Cereal and make your own waffles. the only trouble they had was a water main break - not the hotels fault - but the hotel offered to move them to a different room but my friend declined but used the other room to shower in (her DD had a dance thing in the MK that day and needed to get ready) she said the pool was clean and they had fun - its just a regular one no slide or anything. and she loved the new Target across the street - said prices on groceries were not bad at all.. I think I might try it out in Aug
