Ah!!!!!!!!

I'M GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!!!!!! Ok...so that may not seem super exciting, since this is Disboards and all!!! But, we had not planned to go again (since we just went last summer) until 2013 or 2014...so I am psyched!

It will be a girls only trip...me, my DD (6), my DH's aunt, and her DD (7). DH's aunt booked the hotel and we are staying @ the GF! I have never stayed @ the GF in my life (way out of my budget)...but the hotel is her treat....I am BEYOND excited!!!!!!!!!! Now, we aren't going until August...how am I going to contain my excitement until then!

This trip is much needed...as we have had a very stressful last few months! This news could not have come at a better time!!!

So...just wanted to share my news...and if anyone has any insight to staying @ the GF...or any fun things about the resort, I would love to hear them!!!!

I've never stayed at GF, only been there for dinner. But the resort is just GORGEOUS. Happy planning. :goodvibes

Never stayed GF but just wanted to say Congrats! That's Awesome. Unexpected trips are the best. We took one in Oct and were not planning on going back until Nov of this year. But we just booked an unexpected trip for April. What was suppose to be one day trip has turned into 6 days/ 5 nights at Beach Club. Good luck planning and keeping the secret. It is tough to contain it when all you want to do is shout it out to your kids. However the surprise us so worth it. Hold out as long as possible. It's so worth it for you and your DD in the end.

Thanks! I have never had an unexpected trip before...so this is super exciting!!! I have been to the GF for dinner, but never stayed either. It is very pretty, but nothing something I would have picked (if I had deluxe money...it would be Poly for me!) so going somewhere out of the ordinary is exciting!

This news is what is going to help me get through the rest of the winter (totally not a winter lover!!)!

Ah YA !! That IS super exciting !!!
Anytime a fellow dis'er gets a bonus trip !! and the GF !!! That is an even better treat ! I have never stayed there either ( out of my budget !) BUT if I was to stay there with my DD I would defiantly want to do the tea ! I want to do it anyway.... Have a really great girls trip ! I have done that with my DD and my BFF !!
