When we stayed at PBH three years back our Shih-Tzu received his welcome gift and we never received ours. I mentioned it when I had to go down and check out/check back in for some reservation reason with him in tow. Scruffy received yet another welcome gift and I was told our fruit would be up shortly. I'm still waiting on my fruit basket all these years later! I think we're tryiung the HRH in November!

Just returned Sunday and our gift was the same again. Three pieces of fruit with a pretty flower, linen napkin, plate and silverware. We felt sooooooo special!

I thought under the new YouFirst program, we no longer have a choice? My preference on my profile is milk and cookies but we always get the fruit. I suppose it is healthier!
